  • Fully clothed

  • Done while sitting and leaning forward onto cushions for your face and chest

  • Perfect for pregnant women

  • Great for use of percussion massage too

  • Great for social or work settings where several people can enjoy mini 5 to 20 minute sessions

Percussion Massage

  • A small hand held machine rapidly thumps the small areas of tension

  • You choose the intensity

  • Can quickly soften deep tension before a full body massage

  • Pre-sporting event or pre-deep tissue “miracle”

Hot Stone Massage

  • Smooth stones that are warm to hot used to warm and knead muscles

  • Precise temperature can be selected by you

  • Stones are typically 100 to 130 degrees

  • Specific placement of heat allows those areas of tension to relax before pressure is applied. This often results in reduced soreness after a very deep tissue massage

  • Quicker, deeper and often longer lasting results

  • Commonly done in addition to Swedish or Deep Tissue

  • Stones can warm one area while massaging the rest
